>> Hardware Developer / Electrical Engineer – Systems Automation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Independent ARM programming: You will be responsible for independently developing hardware-related software based on ARM (e.g. Cortex-M) for our control systems, coordinating closely with the system architecture team.
  • Hardware development: Together with your colleagues, you will design and optimize analog and digital circuits for modern automation solutions.
    EMC support: You will apply fundamental knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility to the layout design and support the team in ensuring the immunity of our products.
  • Repair & maintenance: In collaboration with our service team, you will analyse faults in existing controllers and carry out component-level repairs on field returns, as well as fault analysis.
  • Obsolescence management: Working as part of a team, you will develop solutions for discontinued components and assist with necessary redesigns on existing circuit boards.
  • Documentation: You will create technical documentation and test reports for new and existing developments.

Your background:

  • Successful education as an electronics technician, with further training as a technician or a degree in electrical engineering
  • ARM expertise: You have comprehensive knowledge of independent programming of ARM microcontrollers (C/C++) and are confident in using debugging tools and IDEs.
  • Hardware understanding: As an electronics technician, you are proficient in practical troubleshooting (measurement, soldering, oscilloscope analysis) and have a deep understanding of electronic circuits.
  • Basic EMC knowledge: You have a good understanding of the fundamentals of EMC and are keen to deepen this knowledge in practice alongside the team.
  • You work independently on your projects, but value professional exchange and mutual support within the team.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to ensure the success of projects on site.
  • Language skills: Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English for collaboration in an international environment
